Refund policy

At Wear Fortune, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 60 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Note: Damages caused by regular wear and tear do not qualify for replacement or refund.

2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized/Personalized products: Due to their unique nature, these are final sale (replacements only provided if defective).
  • Sale/Promotional items: Items purchased during special offers or received for free.
  • Personal care products: Opened or used items such as sage sticks, candles, and soaps.
  • Gift cards.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info.wearfortune@gmail.com.

  • We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
  • Extended Warranty: Defective items purchased within 1 year (with proof of purchase) may request a special code for 50% off a replacement of the same item.

4. Returns & Order Cancellations

If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind):

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
  • Order Cancellations: A cancellation fee of 3% will be applied to cover processing fees if you cancel an order before it is shipped.
  • Important: Do not send your purchase back to the address on the original package. You must contact us first for the correct return address.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note that once an exchange is completed, the new item is not eligible for a further refund.
  • Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  2. Pack the item securely and include your order number.
  3. Ship the item to the specific address provided by our customer service team.
