1. Delivery Areas

We offer worldwide shipping to almost every country, with the exception of the following due to regional logistics restrictions:

  • Bahamas, Yemen, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, and Syria.
  • We are continuously working with our carriers to expand our services to these regions.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: FREE Worldwide on all regular orders.
  • Express Shipping: Additional fees apply (calculated automatically at checkout).
  • Promotional Items: For "Free" promotional products, a flat shipping and handling fee of US$18.00 applies. This covers specialized processing, secure packaging, and customs duties.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Your total waiting time consists of two parts:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

(Excludes customs delays, weekends, holidays, or unforeseen postal circumstances)

  • Order Processing: 2-5 Business Days.
  • Express Shipping (FedEx / DHL): 6-8 Business Days.
  • Standard Free Shipping: 7-20 Business Days.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • You can track your package directly via the link provided in the email.
  • If the link is unavailable, please use the global tracking portal: https://www.17track.net

Note on Tracking Updates:

Many of our unique items are handcrafted in specialized artisan regions. It typically takes 3-5 business days for the package to reach the international logistics hub and receive its first scan. Your tracking information will update as soon as this process is complete.

5. Correcting Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If you discover an error in your information, please contact us immediately at info.wearfortune@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

Please note: We cannot redirect or modify parcels once they have been processed or shipped.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package has not arrived 60 days after the shipping date, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and either resend your order at no extra cost or provide a full refund.
